Kris Jenner is reportedly being sued for ripping
off the Kim Kardashian video game.
According to TMZ, a new lawsuit claims Kris and
her agent strung along developers Kung Fu
Factory, after they were contacted about
creating a Kardashian-themed video app.
Kung Fu allegedly presented a proposal for the
game which was seen by Kris' rep and the full
version was "very specific," including how the
characters would appear and how the game
would be played by fans.
The suit, obtained by TMZ, alleges months went
by without Kris making a decision until they
heard they were no longer launching a game and
talks were "dead".
Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was then launched in
2014 and Kung Fu claim there are a LOT of
similarities to their copyrighted proposal.
